Our residence

Residence Il Molino is a peaceful and authentic retreat immersed in the extraordinary vegetation of Lake Garda. It is the perfect destination for those wishing to spend a stay focused on tranquility and well-being, in harmony with nature.

The location is certainly privileged, as the property is surrounded by greenery, just a short walk from the historic center of the town of Manerba del Garda, and only a few meters from La Romantica beach, the largest and most renowned in the area.

Guests can choose from two types of holiday apartments on Lake Garda: one recently built, with original and designer furnishings, ideal for couples, and the other more classic and comfortable, perfect for families.

Familiarity is the soul of this place: anyone who steps through the door of the Residence is welcomed as part of a big family, where warmth and friendliness are spontaneous and genuine. Every guest is a dear friend, and every stay becomes a return home.

The beating heart of the Residence is Martina, our director and the soul of the property. Having grown up in this unique environment, for her, the Residence is not just a workplace but a second home, and this spirit is reflected in the quality of the experience each guest enjoys.

Supporting Martina in her mission is a close-knit team, composed of exceptional professionals like Fiorella and Celeste, who you’ll find at Reception, as well as Maninder, responsible for our impeccable cleaning service.

The services of the Residence for your holiday on Lake Garda

We have decided to enhance the touristic offer with special and useful services for your stay. We take care of the time of each of our guests, personalizing the holiday according to specific needs.

We have a large relaxation pool in the common garden of the residence.

Garden and solarium area

The garden, green and luxuriant, is partly equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas.

Private parking

We reserve a parking space on the property for guests.

Pets Allowed

The three-room apartments on the first floor are pet friendly, accessible to dogs.

Information and customizations

At the reception it is possible to organize excursions and book many external services.

Boat and buoy rental

Upon request, the reception can help you to rent a boat and a buoy.

TV room and wi-fi Internet

There is a satellite TV in each apartment and wi-fi internet connection.

Mooie locatie dicht bij strand Gardameer

Nieuw gerenoveerd appartement met balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Aparte slaapkamer en woonkamer/keuken. Keuken is redelijk uitgerust en nieuw. Zeer ruim. Gratis parkeren. Op een paar honderd meter lopen vanaf het strand en allerlei horeca voorzieningen. Locatie is ideaal.

Top Lage, 3 Minuten an den Strand, großer, gepflegter Pool. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Wohnung war nicht luxuriös, aber zweckmäßig.

Super schöne ruhige Lage. Durch nur ca.23 Zimmer war es nie überfüllt und man hat immer einen Platz am Pool bekommen… Gardasee mit tollen Strand nur 3 min zufuß entfernt. Super schönes geräumiges Zimmer

Großes und sehr sauberes Apartment. Bequemes Bett. Aussicht auf den Gardasee von dem Balkon aus (betrifft nicht alle Apartments). Modernes Bad. Viel Stauraum. Angenehme Atmosphäre am Pool. Laufnähe zum Gardasee. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Poll war sehr gepflegt, die Nähe zum Gardasee und Restaurants, großer Parkplatz, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, deutsche TV-Sender, ruhig-die Gäste waren rücksichtsvoll. In der Küche war alles was wir brauchten.

The staff were excellent. We had a big problem with our car and the team were exceptional in helping us to resolve it. We can't thank them enough. The room was a good size, with a large bathroom and the bed was comfy too.
